基于灵敏度分析的电火花线切割机床拖板拓扑优化设计

摘要:

为提高电火花线切割机床的加工精度和使用寿命,对其拖板进行拓扑优化设计研究。先对拖板进行静动态分析,发现拖板薄弱位置,以固有频率为目标对拖板进行拓扑优化,结合静动态分析和拓扑优化结果对拖板结构进行改进;再通过灵敏度分析找出对性能影响较大的主要尺寸参数,结合响应面分析获得最优设计尺寸。结果表明,优化后的拖板对比原拖板的质量减轻了3%,最大变形量减小了20%,最大等效应力减小了15%,动态性能保持不变。

Abstract:

To improve the machining accuracy and service life of the wire electrical discharge machining(EDM) machine,research on topology topological optimization design of its drag plate was conducted. Firstly,the carriage was subjected to static and dynamic analysis to identify its weak points.The topology optimization was conducted with the natural frequency as the objective,and the carriage structure was improved based on the results of the static and dynamic analysis and the topology optimization. Then,the main size parameters that had a great impact on the performance were found through sensitivity analysis,and the optimal design size was obtained by combining with the response surface analysis. The maximum deformation was reduced by 20%,the maximum equivalent stress was reduced by 15%,the dynamic performance was kept unchanged,and the mass was reduced by 3%.
