摘要:

超声旋转是加工硬脆材料的一种有效的加工方法 ,本文介绍了该加工技术的基本原理、应用特点及加工过程中材料去除机理 ,叙述了超声旋转加工技术的发展概况。同时提出了一种简单工具超声仿铣加工三维陶瓷工件的新方法

Abstract:

Rotary Ultrasonic Machining (RUM) is an effective machining technology for hard and brittle materials. This paper presents its principle ,application,specialities and material removel mechanism . With the development of RUM , a new method on which simple tools are used in RUM to machine three-dimensional ceramic workpiece like ultrasonic milling is put forward in the paper.
